Pull Up Bar Hangs 3 x as long as possible
Pull Up Practice : 1 rep each grip as many as possible (cheat if needed)
Inverted Rows 5 sets of as many as possible at a controlled tempo (2/0/2)
Hanging Leg Raises / T2B : 3 x as many as possible
*if you do not have access to PULL UP BAR, THIS COULD GET A LITTLE DICEY FOR YOU. I WOULD SUGGEST USING BANDS OR LIGHT DUMBBELLS AND DOING A TRADITIONAL AT HOME BACK WORKOUT AND CORE EXERCISES. BUT YOU SHOULD GET A PULL UP BAR.*
