werewolf weighted vest walking lunges - 8 per leg

kettlebell front rack split squats - 8 per leg

 

leg extension machine - 12 reps

back squats - 6 reps heavy

 

lying hamstring curl machine - 12 reps

Stiff-legged deadlifts - 6 reps heavy

 

leg press - 12, 12, 12 (triple drop set)

standing calf raise machine - 25, 25, 25 (triple drop set)

Cardio: crawling to your car on the way out
